The outstanding role behind the successes is played by the coordinated professional work of the Service Directorate – Community Building Office – Family-Friendly Office, which has been consciously building the university's supportive and people-centered organizational culture for years.
1. Family-Friendly Place Certification Mark – Second Time
Our university has won the Family-Friendly Place Certification Mark awarded by the Family-Friendly Hungary Center for the second time. This recognition confirms that our institution is committed to a family-friendly approach and operation in the long term. The certification contributes to strengthening employee loyalty and satisfaction, supporting work-life balance, and creating a positive image of itself at a societal level.
2. Workplace Well-Being Certificate
The award of the Workplace Well-Being Certificate was based on a complex evaluation that examined the organization's operations along seven dimensions. These include areas such as healthy corporate governance, physical, psychological, work environment, social, financial, and spiritual well-being. The certification confirms that our university pays special attention to the health and well-being of its employees and continuously develops a supportive, people-centered workplace culture.
3. OFA "Responsible Employer of the Year 2025" – Learning Organization
In the competition announced by OFA Nonprofit Ltd., our university won the title of "Responsible Employer of the Year 2025" in the learning organization category. This recognition shows that our institution applies innovative and responsible employment practices, pays special attention to the training, professional development, and well-being of employees, actively builds the community, and supports talent development. Being featured in the OFA Nonprofit Ltd. publication makes our good practices visible nationwide and sets an example for other organizations.
