The Venture Adventure – R&D&I online workshop

The November 4th R&D&I management online workshop will consist of two parts. The first, 30-minute long section will be a general introduction to the startup world and its fundamental business logic, meant to lay the groundwork for those who are less familiar with this world to gear up for the main part of the workshop. The second, 60-minute long section will then shift gears and examine venture capital as a source of funding for innovation, covering topics such as the logic and the main forms of venture capital, as well as the basic structure of a VC deal, as typically formulated in a term sheet. http://efop2017.inf.elte.hu/3in/2020/10/26/the-venture-adventure-rdi-online-workshop
