If you are already a student at our university, please contact your international coordinators with any administrative issues (changes in your personal data, Neptun problems, questions regarding requests / administrative issues / scholarship, getting transcript of records, etc). If you have questions or problems regarding the curriculum, your subjects, teachers etc, please find the training coordinator.

Please note, regarding questions / requests / issues related to your academic progress, you are always required to consult with your international coordinator, ordered to your training / level of training - via e-mail.
Please avoid directly contacting the leadership of the Faculty of Informatics, via e-mail, or in-person; trial of direct contact does not accelerate the process of administration.
You will not receive answer from your enquiry via e-mail from the Dean or the Vice-Dean for Education, neither receive personal appointment from them.
In case you need personal advice, due to the complexity of the matter, book an appointment at your international coordinator. The coordinators will study and measure, whether your case needs consideration from the behalf the Dean or the Vice-Dean for Education.
In case of well based necessity, you will receive the decision, made by the Dean or the Vice-Dean for Education from your international coordinator via e-mail.
Once you receive a response to your request, please consider it final and conclusive.
No new responses will be sent to further requests submitted to topics that have already been closed.
