Main research areas
The focus of my research is the measurement and evaluation of corporate (technical) innovation performance, particularly focusing on various mathematical methods for measuring and predicting innovation potential, which are typically regression or traditional statistical methods (standardization, factor analysis, pearson correlation, etc.) are used. The methodological approach of modeling the innovation process includes, in addition to traditional statistical methods, various soft computer science methods. Another goal is to a develop reliable and effective measurement methods that include quantitative and qualitative indicators, to combine different innovation dimensions, including product/, process innovation and organizational innovation, to identify the factors that influence the willingness to innovate and success, to analyze the role of corporate culture in innovation performance and to identify how it influences the innovation environment, as well as to investigate the role of managers in the creation and maintenance of innovation culture.
