Termination of Student Status
♦ Essential guide - Termination of student status ♦
The Education Office terminates a student’s status if
- the student does not start their studies after the time available for student status suspension has passed;
- the student has not registered for the next semester for the third consecutive time, and does not start their studies after the interruption of student status, they have received a written reminder requesting to fulfil their obligations by a specified deadline, and have been informed of the consequences of the default;
. - the student has not fulfilled 30 credits in the first 4 active semesters from the day of enrollment (initiation of student status);
- the student does not pay fees by the deadline set in the payment notification.
the student has not completed a subject after registering for it 3 times and does not request Equity from the Dean of the Faculty for an additional registration opportunity (Neptun > IK-Request for Equity from the Dean);- the student has not completed a subject after 6 unsuccessful exam attempts and does not request Equity from the Dean for an additional registration opportunity (Neptun > IK-Request for Equity from the Dean);
- the student cannot continue their studies with a (partial) state scholarship and does not wish to transfer to self-financed status. If a student does not wish to continue their studies on a state-financed/self-financed basis, i.e. he or she does not sign the university training contract by the deadline set by Education Office, the Office will terminate her/his student status.
