Before you start your well-deserved holiday, please take a few minutes to check your studies and ensure you are ready for the next semester.
Check Your Grades:
Ensure all your grades are properly recorded in Neptun. (Neptun > Studies > Gradebook)
- If you find an error in the administration of your grades during the exam period, contact the relevant lecturer.
- For errors found after the exam period, use Neptun request > Form of Complaint Concerning Grades.
Deadline: The first Friday after the exam period
Failure to submit an appeal will void your complaint.
Subjects Registered for Multiple Times:
If you have registered for a subject three times and have not passed, submit an Equity Request in Neptun > IK - Equity Request to the Dean of the Faculty.
Re-registering for Unfulfilled Subjects:
If you want to re-register for a subject you have not passed, transfer the fee for 2nd/3rd/3rd+ registration to the joint account. The Education Office will transcribe the fee in the study term.
Registering for Strong Prerequisite and Follow-up Subjects:
You will need a Prerequisite weakening request, You can transfer funds for the Registration for a subject for the 2nd/3rd/3rd+ time fee to the joint account.
